Hi! I’m Nichole, and I founded Sugar Me Freeze Dried in June of 2022. What started as a passion for food storage and emergency preparedness evolved into a delightful adventure in the world of freeze-dried candy.

My interest in food storage and emergency preparedness began years ago. I've always been a tad obsessed with ensuring my family had a reliable supply of food in case of emergencies. This hobby led me to explore various methods of food preservation, but I never imagined it would turn into a business.
