Our Story

Hi! I’m Nichole and I started Sugar Me Freeze Dried in June of 2022. I started freeze drying because I've always been a tad obsessed with food storage and emergency preparedness. Then I stumbled across the freeze dried candy and I was HOOKED! How fun to see how many different sweets could be transitioned into this light, fluffy, airy, crispy magic that quite literally melts in your mouth! I had to be a part of it! I could envision the fun and joy it would bring to so many and I haven't looked back since.
